Established in 2008, St Brioc Wine Co. began as a collaboration between two blood-bound families and their shared love for wine and the land. One family knew the ins and outs of building sales for what is now known as Australia's most iconic wine brand, while the other brought the winemaking know-how. Over a decade since its inception, St Brioc Wine Co. has undergone a significant transformation, evolving from a small, family-run operation to a renowned wine brand with an unwavering commitment to sustainability and quality.

Named after the property where two young sisters spent their childhood, St Brioc farm sits in the spectacular Hindmarsh Tiers on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula, 20 kilometres South of McLaren Vale. While the family might not be on the farm today, the legacy of caring for and attending to the land informs every step of the St Brioc Wine Co. wine production.

"This connection to our roots and the land makes our wines and winemaking process unique. It helps us maintain a close relationship with the land, understand each vineyard, the weather, and how it all comes together in the bottle. It's a process we're deeply committed to and one that we believe sets our wines apart".

Today, St Brioc Wine Co. sources fruit from selected growers and regions that exhibit an ideal environment for the wines they produce. Under the guidance of winemaker Matt Wenk, vineyards are nurtured, and grapes are picked at their flavourful best. A meticulous process allows the seasons and terroir to shine through with minimal intervention, ensuring a sustainable winemaking process.
