The 2025 vintage comes from the Adelaide Hills and shows exactly what this wine is meant to do: be pristine, aromatic and full of energy, while still feeling properly made and complete.
This is a very good place to begin if you are new to Smidge. It is bright, lively and expressive, with freshness up front and enough flavour to make it more than just a simple aperitif wine.

Houdini Sauvignon Blanc is open, fresh and immediately appealing. It has brightness and lift, but also enough flavour and shape to sit comfortably at the table.
