This traditionally made Sauvignon blanc from a cool 2022 is crisp and fresh, with inviting aromas of fresh citrus, lychees and even a hint of snow peas. The palate continues the themes with lovely flavours, a lots of freshness, heroing citrus and lychees. With such a long ripening there is a delicious balance the would compliment seafood, curry or Matt's pick - Tuna Sashimi
